It was a real pleasure to walk over to Catherine Hill on Friday evening for the celebration of Annette Gabbedey Goldsmiths 21 years of trading in her beautifully redesigned shop, where she was showcasing a commemorative necklace, ‘Magnificence’.

A few of the neighbouring shops were open and there was a great atmosphere on the hill.
Last summer I had the privilege of drawing at Annette’s wedding, and thought it would be nice to record Friday’s special event with some sketches.
